We are pleased to announce the coming Teacher Training course for future generation of kundalini yoga instructors. What to expect? The training can be taken online, this training will show you a path full of tools to apply effective breathing, interact with mantras (high frequency vibrations) and asanas (yoga postures). In addition to knowing about the philosophy of yoga and its origins.
However, you will also get to know the importance of a meditating mind and the experience of meditating in ambrosial hours, putting in practice what is called Aquarian Sadhana.
Knowing about anatomy is of utmost importance within our training, this will be given by a health specialist. In addition you will get to know what is the path and ethical values that a kundalini yoga teacher is recommended to take and their role.
